Appointment Terms & Conditions

By purchasing an appointment/package, you are agreeing to and indicating that you understand all of the following terms and conditions.

All sales are FINAL. Our introductory call together serves as a space to ensure we're a good fit for each other and to find the right package that suits you. I'm honored to assist in guiding you on your healing journey. If you have any further questions prior to purchasing, don't hesitate to reach out.

Christina Neyhart is not a licensed psychologist or medical professional and her work does not replace that of a licensed mental health or medical professional. Please ensure that you consult with your health care practitioner before making any changes that will impact your health, lifestyle, medical, diet, etc. By engaging with the work of Christina Neyhart, you are agreeing to take full responsibility of and for the decisions around your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.

Cancellations/Rescheduling
Cancellation of scheduled appointments can be made via the link in the appointment confirmation email up to 4 hours prior to the appointment time. After that, please reach out to me directly at info@christinaneyhart.com or via FB messenger as soon as possible if unforeseen/urgent circumstances arise where you need to cancel/reschedule and we'll work to find another time that works for both of us. Courtesy in informing me as soon as possible is greatly appreciated! If I need to cancel/reschedule our appointment time, I'll inform you as soon as possible and we'll work to find another time that works for both of us (the session will be credited back to your package so it can be applied to the rescheduled appointment). All cancelled appointments made prior to the session occurring will be credited back to your package to be put towards another session.

Late/No Shows
In order to have the most effective session, utilizing the full appointment time is always best, but it is understandable that there may be circumstances that may cause either of us to be late to the appointment time. If I am late to the appointment, I'll do whatever I can to honor the remaining time either on the back end of our appointment or at a different time if I'm unable to accommodate that day. Otherwise, all sessions are scheduled to end at the originally scheduled time in order to honor the scheduled appointment windows. If you foresee that you may be late to our scheduled appointment time, please reach out as soon as you're able to info@christinaneyhart.com or via FB messenger to let me know. After 15 minutes past the appointment time without hearing from you, the appointment will be considered a "no show" and your appointment will be deducted from your package. If an unexpected emergency arises and you aren't able to contact me, please let me know once you are in a position to do so and I'll evaluate on an individual basis. Courtesy and communication are always key for me, but I certainly understand there are situations where advance notice isn't possible, so please take care of what you need to and then contact me as soon as you're able to do so.
